Adventure Movie Awards are back
Three evenings of films from June 29 to July 1 at the cinema under the stars made inside the Adventure Outdoor Fest village.
The entire Adventure Outdoor Fest event is driven by its most distinctive event: the film competition, which brings together films and meetings that can help develop positive social and environmental changes in the outdoor community.
We are now in our ninth edition and, year after year, the quality of the films submitted for participation in the Adventure Movie Awards has grown by leaps and bounds. Not only on a technical level but also as content and storytelling. Moreover, this year there was a more intense selection than usual, ending with the choice of 23 films from Italy, Spain, USA, Switzerland, Australia, Holland, France, England, Germany and Lebanon, with 5 world premieres, 4 European and 5 Italian.
A variety of sports are covered, from those related to the mountain world such as biking, skialp, snowboarding, and climbing to touching on the sea with windsurfing, surfing, swimming, sailing, and many others. However, the themes are broader, talking about ecology and disability, personal difficulties and social reflections.
This year the screenings will be held on June 29, June 30 and July 1 at the outdoor cinema at the foot of the Suspension Bridge in Mammiamo Basso (PT).
