Starting in July, Canada Goose launches its private and tailor-made virtual shopping experience exclusively in Italy. A premium shopping experience that gives local customers the opportunity to virtually discover and purchase the brand’s product range from the comfort of their own homes. Canada Goose innovates the retail experience with new and exciting ways to allow every Italian to discover and purchase the brand’s products while staying away from the store. Customers can make a private appointment for virtual shopping or have a careful selection and view of the product through the store’s Instagram profile, linked to the Canda Goose product range and guided by expert Brand Ambassadors.
Customers can make their own personalized appointment with a Canada Goose Brand Ambassador who will manage a private shopping experience through a virtual interface. During a 45-minute appointment, the Brand Ambassador of the Milan store will satisfy the customer’s experience by managing an assortment of products, according to the tastes, needs and size indicated by the customer.
Canada Goose will maintain the relationship with customers through an Instagram page dedicated to the Milan store (@cg_milano). Customers will discover the design of the store, the emblematic works of art hosted and the new collections through a carefully curated Instagram feed, customized for Italian customers. The page will also include highlights of the experiences and events of the Canada Goose brand in Milan, encouraging conversation and dialogue with fans.
