Millet’s new intense collection, dedicated entirely to trail running, features a wide range of products to tackle the most unpredictable conditions
Regardless of radically changing weather conditions or a different terrain configuration than expected, the Millet products in the new Intense trail running range are designed to accompany athletes whatever their endeavor, ensuring high performance, comfort and adaptability to any situation.
The new Intense trail running shoe is produced entirely in France at the ASF 4.0 factory in the Ardèche. Made of lightweight and breathable French Matryx fabric, this shoe is ideal for short-duration trail running. The midsole is made of 25% recycled EVA, while the outsole, developed by the French brand Michelin offers exceptional grip. For added protection from shocks and sharp branches, there are two high-density EVA inserts at the heel and toe. In addition, the TPU upper provides better stability of the plantar vault.
As for clothing, we can find highly durable, reliable, and versatile products in both women’s and men’s versions in the Intense collection. It starts with a windbreaker, water-repellent jacket made of ultralight, stretchy Toray, with great breathability thanks to slits on the sides that provide excellent air circulation. Next, a T-shirt designed for trail running offers a lightweight and breathable feel due to its bimaterial composition, with a very aerated knit under the arms and on the back. Finally, a technical short designed from a stretch material that is breathable and aerated optimizes moisture transfer and offers great freedom of movement.
Another highlight of this collection is the hydration bag offering that includes a belt and two backpacks of 5 and 12 liters. The development of these products stems from a collaboration with the Sidas-Matrix team and are made entirely of recycled polyester.
