La Sportiva and the first hygienic sports mask

La Sportiva presents the first hygienic mask for sport. The production of Stratos Mask is starting: ergonomic, sustainable, comfortable to wear and washable with interchangeable filter element.

This was announced by Lorenzo Delladio two weeks ago when he presented the project for the reconversion of a part of the production site in Ziano di Fiemme in order to produce surgical masks for the Civil Protection of Trento: “We are trying to propose innovative solutions also in this field in order to mainly solve a hitherto underestimated problem, that of the environmental impact caused by the current disposable masks on the market”. The challenge was launched by Delladio to its Research and Development department: to find a solution that increases the comfort and ergonomics of a product that we will all be forced to wear for long periods of time, giving the possibility to replace only the filter element and then reuse the product in the new everyday life that we will all experience in the second phase of the Covid-19 emergency.

It’s called Stratos Mask the new hygienic sports mask of generic protection made of fabric with interchangeable and easily replaceable internal filter. It is a washable, reusable and comfortable to wear thanks to a perfect ergonomics designed to wrap the face in a safe and comfortable way.
