LaFuma Responsible Mountain Operation lands in Spain

The commitment of Lafuma, the clothing and accessories brand for nature and travel lovers, in favor of environmental issues and the protection of the territory is unstoppable.

With the Responsible Mountain Operation, born in 2007 in Chamonix and that reached the 12th edition this year, this commitment becomes concrete: a day of action and awareness open to everyone, with the opportunity of experience the mountain in a sustainable and conscious way.

After the great success of the 2019 French edition – in Chamonix last September 7th more than 3 tons of waste were collected from 150 volunteers – the appointment with sustainability is scheduled in Barcelona on October 12th.

The Spanish edition 2019 will take place at the Natural Park of Collserola, one of the most beautiful national parks in Catalonia, a green space, rich from a naturalistic point of view, an oasis for the local fauna and flora, where citizens and volunteers will unite their forces engaged in an intense day of cleaning the land. The event will be supported by Lafuma partners El Corte Inglés de Barcelona and the Muntanyenc Sant Cugat Club.
