Northwave celebrates the arrival of the winter season

The brand presented the two films “Northwave30” and “Two vans, no plans” at the party held at Cà la Luna, Montebelluna, land of snowy seasons.

Northwave wanted to open the snow season in celebration, presenting its two new films in Montebelluna. The first one, “Northwave30“, was shot in Salt Lake City and took 2 years of work; the plot tells about three different generations of riders, from the youngest – JJ Raiward, 22 years old – to the oldest – Antony Gumbly, 48 years old. The film succeeds in expressing how snowboarding has evolved over time between new techniques, equipment, companies, snowparks without affecting the spirit and passion. Northwave30 will be released in 3 episodes starting November 5th. The second film, called “Two vans no plans” presents stories of many athletes from all over the world who challenged each other in spectacular evolutions: Sophia Schroll from Austria, Dusan Kriz from Czech Republic, up to the legend Simon Gruber in Italy, Paola Benito in Spain and many others.

In addition, to celebrate the 30th anniversary, the brand launched the Limited Edition version of the Decade, the company’s iconic boot with updated upper, lacing and sole. Finally, among the FW21 novelties, we find the updated Board Battle Rusty Toothbrush to bridge the gap between Backcountry and Street and the Drake Reload Binding in collaboration with Fyve.
