SCARPA supports the Ski Mountaineering Federation

Given the increasing interest in this discipline, the Asolo-based company has chosen to support the International Ski Mountaineering Federation.

Ski mountaineering will make its debut as an Olympic discipline during the Cortina 2026 Winter Games and it is precisely for this reason that SCARPA has chosen to place its name alongside that of one of the most important ski mountaineering competitions, the International Ski Mountaineering Federation. An agreement that foresees the presence of SCARPA as sponsor until the end of the World Cup season, including the European Championships scheduled until 13th February in Spain.

“SCARPA, whose ski mountaineering products represent the excellence of Made in Italy and the top of the range at world level, strongly believes in the growth of the movement around this sport. – explains Sandro Perisotto, president of SCARPA – Ski mountaineering, in fact, is experiencing a real boom, with a truly significant increase in the number of practitioners over the last few years”.

The European Championships will also be an opportunity to see the SCARPA Team in action: from Robert Antonioli to Emily Harrop, right up to the youngest promises, the brand will be ready to demonstrate the great quality of its athletes and products.
In recent weeks the brand has announced the addition of US ski champion Bode Miller to its Brand Ambassadors, which will follow the launch of the 4-Quattro, a new hybrid boot designed for both alpine skiing and ski mountaineering.
