This hiking shoe is designed for those looking for speed and performance in the mountains: the new Aku Rocket DFS GTX is a guarantee even on the most difficult terrains. Thanks to the innovative Vibram tread with Traction Lug technology, the fit is instantly perceived as safe and very stable: this is a shoe that allows you to push hard, supporting the foot and maximizing the comfort even when you intend to tackle significant differences in height and mixed terrains. The feeling of protection is maximized by the upper, which can count on a crossed ribbed structure protected by a 3D print layer and the double lacing system: the iconic AKU Dual Fit System (DFS), in this model designed specifically for speed hiking, in fact, allows you to vary the degree of precision of the fit in a very simple and immediate way. One of the features that we have most appreciated about this shoe is its comfort and the fact that, thanks to a more homogeneous distribution of the foot pressure during the support and thrust phases, it manages to minimize the effort especially on the most demanding terrains. This is due to the AKU Elica Natural Stride System, an inte-grated system that follows the anatomical shape of the sole of the foot, the normal inclination of the heel and of the forefoot. All this, in a very advanced shoe from a technical point of view, has allowed us to get excellent performances and to push ourselves to the maximum in total safety.
