Blank is Spektrum’s sports eyewear made for speed. Built for an active use, whether it’s running, biking or climbing, what immediately strikes us about the model is its stable, flexible and very light frame. It is made from bio-polyamide, a castor oil-derived material that reduces overall CO2 emissions by an impressive 46% compared to conventional materials. We really appreciated the high quality Zeiss lenses in polycarbonate which guaranteed us a high visual protection against UV rays and a balanced and neutral color perception. Shatterproof and scratchproof, the lenses are interchangeable: the 3 sets offered allowed us to find the best combination according to the different light and atmospheric conditions found during the tests conducted. In the package there are also two pairs of non-slip nose pads with adjustable terminals in hypoallergenic rubber of different sizes, this guarantees a perfect fit with a wide variety of faces. Finally, the Ri-Pel hydrophobic coating lets water and sweat flow away quickly. Ultimately we found Blank to be an excellent ally for different types of situations. A comfortable model that has guaranteed us the highest level of lightweight protection thanks to the shape of the lens optimized to stop harmful rays before they reach the retina.

We Like: The high-protection Zeiss lenses and bio-based frame even lighter and more durable than comparable materials
