There is a difference between seeking perfection and seeking excellence, in the first case it is a question of chasing a chimera, in the second of pursuing a noble goal. Tecnica Cochise 130 has represented, in a path that has lasted over ten years, a high-performance benchmark among hybrid boots, reaching, precisely, excellence. The new model, flaming orange, has completely renewed features. The revolutionary construction of the shell and liner, which provides a different thickness of the structure, allows to intensify the performance and makes it incredibly adaptable. The weight, again on the subject of the pursuit of excellence, has been further reduced and the fit, with an anatomical shape compatible with that of the foot, is better right from the start. To put the icing on the cake, the possibility of further and accurate customization of the fit by punching and grinding should be highlighted. Cochise 130 offers high control while skiing. We suspect that the innovative Power Lock Strap is responsible for this, greater control means immediate and precise power transmission. In any case, technicalities aside, the thing we liked most about Cochise is its versatility. It satisfies powder lovers, mountain rescue technicians, as well as an expert skier who alternates between powder and beaten track. Technique, with this new solution, allows effective and stable skiing in a design that highlights what, at least in the mountains, should be our best side. Let’s show them these feet!

We Like: The aggressive look that winks at those who, from time to time, do not mind a few turns on the track and a nice warm fit.
