The Girls Dolomites Base Camp has been a Success!

The Girls Dolomites Base Camp has been a Success!

“Thoughts and constructive ideas begin to grow and develop when our trust and confidence become strong and unyielding. It is the inner power that is in each of us that allows us to realize our projects.”

Put together three girls with an explosive character, a breathtaking mountain scenery and an infinite love for nature, and you will have found the perfect ingredients that made this first #girlsdolomitesbasecamp unforgettable. From 7 to 9 September the first camp for girls only took place in San Cassiano, Alta Badia. A wild retreat surrounded by nature, in the perfect setting of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Natural Park, at the foot of Conturines, in the Sass Dlacia campsite. The idea of an all-female camp has come to three super dynamic and super-smart girls, who in addition to being ski instructors during winter, are also very friendly and despite having a completely different character from each other, are united by the incredible love they have for their work and for the mountains.

Irene, who is divided between Milano and Bassano, works as a producer, screenwriter and teaches creative writing at the European Institute of Design in Milan; Ilaria, lives and works in Treviso, where she deals with psychophysical wellbeing regarding company realities, while Alia, who lives in Val Gardena, runs her own luxury travel agency. They thought, designed and created a truly unique camp! A whole weekend full of sport, but also suitable for the less sporty, full of relax, fun and lots of laughs. A weekend in the mountains to dedicate time to personal well-being, to get away from the usual city routine, to regenerate mind and body.

Many activities took place during these two days: from an e-bike excursion to Pralongià, to the wine tasting at Siriola cellar, one of the best wineries in the area. From the morning trek to the Lagazuoi lake, adjoining a regenerating bath, to the offered lunch by the splendid Scotoni refuge. From muscle awakening to afternoon cuddles in sauna and turkish bath. A camp where  several girls met each others, aged between 32 and 35, where they have come to create new and exciting friendships. Many sponsors have made this fantastic project possible: Salewa, who supplied the curtains for the night and the thermal sweatshirts, Tecnica with the t-shirts with the logo, Smith with the eyewear

and bike helmets, Reyna Cosmetics with its natural products for body care, Pedon with cereals, legumes and muesli for breakfast, Ferro 13 for the wine and Dream Beyond, for the organizational support. A new, different project, a perfect mix of relax and adventure that has found great approval by the female public and will have a following this winter and for the seasons to come. Three girls so different, but also so similar, who were able to create a friendship atmosphere and pure synergy.
