The North Face announces partnerships with LGBTQ+ associations

On the occasion of Pride Month, the month of June, The North Face steps forward by signing four new partnerships with LGBTQ+ associations throughout Europe, demonstrating how tangible its commitment to making the outdoor world increasingly inclusive is.

The collaborations aim to celebrate all those who share a passion for the outdoors and sport and concretely take place in a series of excursions organized by The North Face throughout Europe, with the aim of further expanding the community of fans of outdoor activities.

In Italy, The North Face will collaborate with Arcigay, in fact on Sunday 26 June a free group excursion will be held to discover the Val di Scalve, more precisely to Schilpario, a place rich in history, flavors and traditions, set in the natural setting of the Orobie Bergamasche, Lombardy regional park and protected area.

The trek is carried out in collaboration with Arcigay Sport of Bergamo. Furthermore, 30 places are reserved exclusively for members of the association. The initiative wanted by The North Face also involves: OutdoorLad in the United Kingdom, the Gay Outdoor Club of Munich in Germany and the French association Le Gloss based in Chamonix.

The North Face has always argued that exploration has the power to create new connections between people and to generate positive change in each of us. Beyond the mystical aspect of the matter, however, he will contribute by donating € 10,000 to each of these associations in order to support them in their work and also to promote these activities by increasing the participation and involvement of the communities.

At the same time as this campaign, the brand has created a Pride Collection that sees the traditional logo revisited in the colors of the rainbow flag, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, pollover and much more.
