Tombogo X Saucony Butterfly
Unveiled in preview at Paris Fashion Week, Saucony unveils collaboration with designer Tommy Bogo to the public
The House of Originals in Paris set up at Fashion Week was the first place that welcomed it. Now it’s time to leave it in the hands of the final audience: let’s talk about the new Tombogo X Saucony shoe.
It is called Butterfly the new shoe born from the partnership of Saucony and Tommy Bogo. The design manages to encapsulate Saucony’s signature know-how of functionality and performance with Tombogo’s creativity. The silhouette is built on a modular inner boot that can be removed from the clog located above Saucony’s PWRRUN midsole. The design is also modular, featuring an interchangeable colorway system that allows for maximum customization by the consumer.
“The Butterfly model is the perfect synthesis of functionality, form and performance as understood by Saucony and Tombogo. This shoe really strikes a balance between these 3 elements and I am really proud to debut in footwear with this my first collaborative model” says Tommy Bogo, designer of Tombogo.
