Gravel to Travel with Vaude’s Kuro: pedaling through the dust

Vaude’s Kuro collection offers all gravel enthusiasts the effective clothing to tackle all kinds of gravel trails. The collection offers: the Kuro FZ Tricot, Kuro Tights and Shorts, and Kuro Tech MTB shoes, all made with eco-friendly techniques.

Vaude, in this collection, has chosen to use only recycled polyester and wool. Particularly in the case of the Kuro FZ Tricot, this special blend gives higher quality and comfort, quick drying and softness. The delicate pattern is its hallmark: a minimal design with scattered spots of color, as are the pants in the collection.

The Kuro FZ Tricot is available for both women and men and is designed specifically for gravel enthusiasts. It features slightly larger-than-usual slanted pockets to help insert hands, while the front zipper that runs the length of the tricot helps keep you cool even in high temperatures.

Among the new products we also see the Kuro Tights, also available as bib shorts with suspenders, equipped with a sliding side pocket that allows for quick storage of items even on the move, without dismounting the saddle.

Gravel cyclists need more grip than racing cyclists, and need something lighter and more streamlined than a pure mountain bike shoe. So Vaude offers the MTB Kuro Tech, which combines the two worlds and equips it with a BOA quick release closure, making it fast to put on and take off, secure, with a protective outer toe, a stiff sole for optimal power transmission, and with excellent grip on all types of surfaces.

Besides the gravel destination, Kuro products all have one thing in common: their sustainable and environmentally friendly production. The Kuro FZ Tricot, Kuro Tights and Kuro Shorts are partially made from recycled materials, and the inner lining of the Kuro Tech MTB shoe is made entirely of recycled polyester.
