66 North with Polartec for a sustainable future

66° North, Icelandic technical clothing brand specialized in the outdoor world, has chosen Polartec innovation to create its garments.

Polartec’s selected fabric platforms have always been different, from Alpha Active Insulation to Delta Refreshing Fabric, from the classic Fleece to the highly breathable and waterproof Polartec Neoshell protective fabric. It’s hard to keep up, but 66° North wants to make sure that every metre of fabric is used to its best advantage.
Part of the brand’s commitment is to safeguard its country from pollution and to create “Made for Life” products. 66° North has therefore used the advanced Polartec NeoShell fabric from the previous year’s production to create the new Kría Capsule Collection. A design characterized by a strong “vibe” Iceland ’90s for a perfect link between functionality and style, with the achieved goal of recycling materials.
