Vibram relies on Lifenet Healthcare for safe reopening

By virtue of the new provisions issued by the Italian Government, Vibram, a leading company in the production of high performance rubber soles, is preparing for the reopening of its headquarters in Albizzate (VA) relying on Lifenet Healthcare to manage the process of restarting activities in safety.

Vibram has in fact decided to give a mandate to the consulting company that will support the company in identifying the guidelines to be implemented to make the Covid-19 post-emergency plant operational again, with the aim of protecting its employees and collaborators as effectively as possible, and in compliance with the rules imposed by the authorities.

The plan of action is part of “Back On Track”, the project already followed by Lifenet Healthcare with several Italian companies involved in the Coronavirus emergency situation, including Ferrari, TIM, Technogym and Gucci, and supported by a series of experts led by Dr. Nicola Bedin, President of Lifenet Healthcare, and Dr. Franco Perona, Chief Medical Officer. Specifically, the project is also supported by the important scientific advice of Prof. Roberto Burioni of the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele in Milan.

The project for the reopening of the plant will follow a plan in several phases. In the first phase, a mapping of the specific situation of the company will be carried out, with inspections by qualified personnel who will survey the industrial processes and the consequent production needs. Afterwards, a discussion with the competent medical team will take place which, together with the experts in charge, will define the dedicated guidelines and provide the indications of the operational instructions to be implemented. The next step will define the criteria and methods for filtering and screening personnel.
