The splitboard is nothing more than a snowboard that splits in two to be used uphill with skins underfoot, like two ski touring skis, and then reverts to being a board thanks to a sophisticated set of clips and specific bindings. The ultimate in making the most of that sense of freedom that only a snow board can provide, making the splitboarder completely independent of lifts.

Light, durable, precise in edge changes and in drawing turns, XV Split is designed for very versatile use, from powder snow, where it floats very well, to couloirs and steep. The only prerequisite is to be a high-level, demanding and well-trained rider.
