ASICS Italy inaugurates new headquarters in Cuneo, Italy
ASICS Italy moved its operational headquarters to Cuneo, showing an increase in revenues in the third quarter of 2023. The new space reflects the acronym “Anima Sana In Corpore Sano,” promoting a balanced work environment focused on employee well-being. Several initiatives have been implemented to improve wellness, including trainings and psychological support. The new headquarters marks a step into the future, strengthening the link with the city of Cuneo.
Elisa Molinar, HR Manager of ASICS Italy, stresses the importance of this new workspace in reflecting the company’s philosophy. ASICS has implemented several initiatives over the years to improve employee well-being, the core of the company’s philosophy, including up to 50 percent remote working, weekly Pilates and total-body classes at the company gym, and free psychological and legal services support. ASICS Italy also engages in social responsibility and community engagement activities, organizing events such as ASICS Day for team building and Founder’s Day to celebrate the company’s core values. The company also promotes Uplift Week, a Europe-wide initiative to promote mental and physical well-being through workshops, sports activities and meditation sessions.
