You may have also noticed situations of gender inequality in sports. ASICS promotes the opportunity for everyone to experience the physical and mental benefits of sporting activity. Unfortunately, however, according to a 2022 State of Mind Index study conducted by ASICS, it was found that gender inequality in sports is a rather current reality. It seems that women engage in much less physical activity than men. Why?
