Versatile, high-performance boots for skiers who don’t want to give up a good descent while saving a few grams on the ascent

Dynafit Radical Pro_Boots_TEST

The Radical Pro is distinguished by its innovative Hoji Lock system, which offers exceptional performance both on the ascent and descent, managing to reconcile two seemingly opposite needs: freedom of movement on the ascent and the rigidity needed during the descent. With the walk mode, the hull and gambit can be separated, allowing efficient ascent with free and agile movements through a 60-degree rotation. With a light weight of only 1380 grams (size 26.5) and a flexible tongue made of high-tech materials, you can walk naturally and with less fatigue on steep and sloping terrain. With a quick gesture, thanks to the patented Hoji Lock system, this boot is ready to descend, ensuring perfect power transmission. What impressed us most was the Ultra Lock Strap system of hooks, which, connected to the ski-walk mechanism via a cable system, completely eliminates the play between the hull and cuff, ensuring precise and efficient skiing. With a flexibility of 120, we feel we would recommend this boot to those who already have some mastery in freeriding, as the Radical Pro might be stiff to a beginner.
