From Friday 11 September starts The Orme Festival of the paths

Back Orme, Festival of the paths, from 11 to 13 September, in the woods of Fai della Paganella. Art, music, theater, meetings and shows bring life and soul to the paths. Two concerts: Friday the homage to Morricone and Saturday an exciting journey in the music of Beethoven, on the stage of nature.

The father of environmentalism, Henry David Thoreau, said that the salvation of the world is in the wilderness.  It is this idea of a slow “return” to Nature – with a capital N – that also inspires the third edition of Orme Festival dei sentieri, which will be held in the woods of Fai della Paganella from 11 to 13 September.

The formula of the festival is simple: to bring music, culture, theater, art and above all the desire to live emotions in the woods where, if you know how to listen, there is never a lack of them.

THE PROGRAM

Friday

The program is very rich: we start Friday, September 11, at 14, from the beech forest of Fai, walking in the therapeutic Park of Wellness inspired by the Breath Path (also Saturday at 9), in search of ancient sensations. It ‘s the “forest bathing”, the immersion in the forest, a discipline that comes from ancient Japanese traditions, confirmed by recent research, which seeks well-being and “mindfulness” through micro volatile substances and the very experience of contact with nature.

At 9.30 p.m. the great music will be the protagonist, with the Homage to Ennio Morricone: the good the ugly and the bad in nature, a concert in the forest and under the stars inspired by the soundtracks made by the great and late lamented Maestro.

Saturday

Saturday morning wake up very early to experience the sunrise in one of the most panoramic point of the plateau, the Croce di Fai, with breakfast at the Malga Val dei Brenzi.

At 6 p.m. we will walk together with the poetry of Dante Alighieri, with Mi ritrovai per una selva oscura, a touching encounter with the supreme poet and the wonder of the Comedy.

The now traditional appointment of the Saturday night concert will be with Beethoven at the “moonlight”. Fai dedicates to his genius a concert show in which each piece will be introduced and told by the composer and director of the Gaga Symphony Orchestra, Simone Tonin.
