From Rock Experience a unique opportunity to climb
Crag climbing with Ragni di Lecco: Rock Experience offers a climb to remember as part of “Lecco loves the mountain”.
Rediscovering the mountain in an inclusive way and open to all, respecting nature: this is the aim of the event “Lecco Ama La Montagna” (Lecco Loves the Mountain) (10-11 July): a two-day event open to all to discover, on different routes, the most beautiful places of the mountains in the Lake Como area. Among the proposed activities, the Rock Experience brand in collaboration with Sport Hub Store in Lecco, offers the opportunity to climb on the cliff with the Ragni di Lecco, the historic mountaineering group of which Rock Experience is a technical partner since 2019.
The one between the mountains and the city of Lecco is an intense bond in continuous renewal. The geographical position at the foot of the Grigna makes the city the ideal starting point for the vertical world: an attitude also demonstrated by the history of mountaineering in which Lecco was and still is the protagonist, with historical associations such as Ragni and Gruppo Gamma.
A feeling that is renewed and strengthened in the initiative “Lecco Ama la Montagna” (Lecco Loves the Mountain), promoted by the Municipality of Lecco and scheduled for Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 July 2021. An immersive experience and rediscovery of the territory that will animate the mountains of Lecco with over 50 events aimed at all ages, designed and created by the protagonists of the territory: from sports associations and voluntary work to local farms and restaurants.
An initiative that could not miss Rock Experience, the company from Lecco specialized in outdoor clothing that has made the attention to nature and the link with the territory its strengths: a young brand born from the entrepreneurial passion of the founder Michele Frigerio, and grew up in the shadow of the Grigna becoming, in 2019, official partner of Ragni di Lecco, the historic mountaineering group that boasts numerous achievements on the most important peaks in the world.
In cliff with exceptional guides, rock branded
Maglioni Rossi, with the support of Rock Experience, will be the protagonists of the two events organized by Sport Hub (official Rock Experience store) on Saturday and Sunday: a real crag climbing stage open to everyone, where you can get familiar with a fascinating and adrenaline activity.
The event will take place on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 July, with two daily appointments to choose from, one at 9.00 am and one at 3.00 pm, lasting three hours. Participants will be guided by the expert hands of Daniele Bianchi, Luca Gianola, Francesco Castellano (on Saturday) and David Bacci, Giovanna Pozzoli, Lorenzo Negri (on Sunday) in the fundamentals of climbing, with equipment and transport provided by the organization, for a 360° experience in contact with nature.
The Rock Experience collection to try out in the sport hub stores
The meeting point for the crag experience will be the Sport Hub Store in Lecco, Via Rivolta n. 14, from where the activities will start and where it will also be possible to leave the car.
Sport Hub is also the official Rock Experience store, the ideal place to try and buy the new Summer 2021 Collection dedicated to climbing, trekking and outdoor activities, with a special focus on eco-sustainability, thanks to the high percentage of natural and recycled materials; and accompanied by the unmistakable and colorful design that has always been the stylistic signature of the Lecco brand. Without forgetting the high technical content of the brand’s garments, tested and developed in the field by the Spiders themselves, and for this reason extremely functional and performing.
Rock Experience will offer participants who take part in all the activities a 10% discount on its products to be used at Sport Hub. The participants of the crag activity will also receive a small gadget with the Rock Experience brand.
