Giant and Liv expand into digital

Giant and Liv, the world’s leading cycling brands, have officially introduced their new digital store. The websites of the two brands will allow interested users to purchase bicycles and accessories online.

In an era characterised by the progressive digitalisation of services, the arrival of Giant and Liv’s E-Commerce is the ideal tool for keeping up with the times, but that’s not all: it offers customers a complete service, supported by dedicated assistance and based on an intuitive platform.

Working in synergy with the national dealer network, the digital store aims to create a relationship of trust between dealers and users, who can count on the professionalism, technical expertise and local coverage of authorised dealers.

The new E-commerce is the fusion of these two philosophies, the result of constant and demanding work that wants to bring us even closer to the public to meet their needs”.

The E-commerce has been designed to be simple and immediate: browsing the catalogue of the two brands, you can select the model of your choice from the various categories of bicycles – from road to MTBs, including gravel, electric and city bikes – and accessories – including clothing, luggage racks, repair tools and much more – and click on “Buy now”. From there, the transaction is completed in a few steps.

At the moment, the only delivery method available is Click & Collect: once the item has been added to the basket, the consumer can consult the list of authorised dealers in the area and choose where to arrange collection of the product. At present, it is possible to make purchases on the store using credit and debit cards, services such as PayPal or Bank Transfer. In the future, thanks to the partnership with Santander, already at Giant and Liv’s side in other initiatives, there will be the possibility of purchasing through financing.

Also coming soon is the implementation of an online shopping service for Cadex, a Giant Group-owned brand specialising in the design and manufacture of premium cycling components.
