Hanwag presents the new Blueridge
The new eco-friendly shoe made out of recycled materials
Hanwag has launched the new Blueridge, a lightweight mid-cut and low-cut shoe ideal for going out in warm weather. In this model, Hanwag wanted to make the most of its values, such as high quality materials, durability and reliability. In addition, these characteristics are combined with important technological and environmental developments, such as the use of recycled materials – certified according to the “Global Recycling Standard” – sourced entirely from European suppliers. An important point of Blueridge is the use of the 100% PFC-free EcoShell membrane, which is waterproof, breathable and sustainable. Our favourite features include the comfortable 3D IPU polyurethane foam midsole, the 3D-BreathFit PU foam tongue and the use of natural Perwanger leather upper combined with 100% recycled fabric.
