Karpos with Mountain Friday donates 10% for the territory

Resilience. A very fashionable word today and on everyone’s lips. An ability that has spread because each one of us, more or less, has been put to the test by this difficult period. Communities accustomed to living in harmony with their surroundings, whether they are near the mountains or not, have always been resilient and have always found a way to react to the elements that have disturbed their balance.

In Karpos they are doing everything to react and to help the communities linked to them to react. First of all, continuing to do what they know how to do: produce clothing to supply and help physical shops around the world. Continuing to produce at the same level as before means continuing to get people to work. It is essential that the mechanism does not stop.

At this time of general difficulty, they have decided to take even more concrete action to support the mountains and the people who live them: 10% of the turnover achieved from 20 to 30 November in their online shop will be donated to the mountain rescue stations: Veneto, Piedmont and Tuscany. The proceeds will be used not only to support help mountaineers in difficulty, but also for the school training that the rescue will carry out to educate them to respect the mountains.

Resilience for Karpos means helping each other to overcome difficulties. This is the first of a series of contributions that will give to the territory, the mountain and its people. Little things, simple things, which at this moment become truly extraordinary.
