celebrates the opening of its first retail store in the United States. Conveniently located at 2100 Broadway Street in Boulder, the store serves as a one-stop store for mountain enthusiasts in the region.
The inaugural event, held April 18-19, offered a lively program that included live music, gourmet food trucks and a selection of Italian wines and other quality beverages. The weekend also hosted La Sportiva’s first North America Athlete Summit, which featured the brand’s ambassadors and included activities such as climbing and running sessions in the Flatiron Mountains, as well as workshops on injury prevention and nutrition.
“The La Sportiva brand was born in the shadow of the Dolomites,” emphasizes Lorenzo Delladio, CEO of La Sportiva. “We are at home in the mountains, and as we strengthen our presence in the U.S. market, communities like Boulder are where we want to plant the deepest roots. These mountain towns share our love of the outdoors and reflect our commitment to preserving rugged landscapes for future generations.”
