Mammut, Milano Montagna Week partner; 14 – 20 October 2019

After the success of Festival and Fuori Festival 2018, Milan Montagna Week was born: a whole week of popular events will enliven the city from 14 to 20 October 2019. The Sustainable Outdoor Days, scheduled from 17 to 20 October at BASE, in Via Bergognone 34, will be the main event: four days of films in international preview, great athletes, epic feats, sustainability, storytelling and sharing of passions. Milan opens its doors to the world of high altitude and its protagonists: it becomes a place of reflection and hospitality, where to meet old friends, create new relationships and invent future explorations. Close your eyes and imagine being there: a festive atmosphere with deep moments, smiles, climbing the boulder walls set up for the event, along with some of the strongest athletes of the moment.
Thanks to the support of mammoths, you can meet Tom Belz (Thursday 17 October between 20 and 21 in room A), the athletes Shanty Cipolli and Caro North (Break The Law Of Gravity – Be Free, Saturday 19 October between 19:30 and 20:30 in room A) and Cala Cimenti, which will close the week on Sunday 20 October (between 20 and 21 in Room A). You can also deepen the theme of safety in the mountains during the meeting with promoters mammoth Maurizio Lutzenberger, Uberto Piloni and Mattia Ortelli (Saturday, October 19 between 18 and 19 in Room C).
A line up to scream, which boasts the intervention of the mammoth athlete and world freeride champion Nadine Wallner, who will be present during the screening of the premiere of film decisions (Thursday, October 17, from 22.45 to 23.15 in Room A). Skier with exceptional courage, Nadine wallner has recently developed a passion for climbing and is working on a project that requires super strength: climbing the impressive wall of Bürser Platte.
As every year, entrance to Milano Montagna is free.
