Preview SS20 by Scarpa

At the Outdoor by Ispo fair, Scarpa presented the new SS20 model for climbing: the Booster. An innovative, high quality model produced in Italy, designed for precision climbing for advanced climbers. Climbing shoe ideal for making delicate and precise movements, but which also presents an excellent flexibility to move safely in adherence steps. It combines performance, efficiency and comfort, adapting to the dynamics of the moving foot, transmitting confidence in any situation. Made from the highest quality materials, it features a microfiber and Alcantara upper and four rubber densities, while the VibramR XS Grip 2 compound offers optimal grip and good grip on the smallest supports. The tensioning system concentrates the force in the hallux area thus helping to keep the foot in an optimal position for power distribution and precision. While the Paf system is an innovative method of heel construction that improves the force distribution and reduces the pressure on the Achilles tendon, thanks to a softer rubber “bridge” that connects the 2 tension system edges, favoring the adaptation to the foot shape.
