Save the Duck for #unlockthechange

Save The Duck is supporting the #Unlockthechange campaign for the second year in a row alongside Nativa and the B Corp business communities. Beginning today and continuing through the end of the year, the initiative will revolve around several on-the-ground activities, meetings and press formats, with the intention of creating awareness and accelerating an economic vision that reflects the needs of modern times.

Save The Duck was the first Italian fashion company to achieve B Corp certification, reaching a highly coveted milestone in 2019 for a company ethically and responsibly committed to respecting animals, nature and people. Prior to B Corp certification, the brand, whose founder and CEO is entrepreneur Nicolas Bargi, also chose to change its bylaws by becoming a Benefit Society. The path taken is in no way a point of arrival but a natural continuum of a pact with the planet.

In recent years, and in particular since 2020, a year that will undoubtedly change our way of observing and absorbing economic and socio-cultural changes, the B Corp community has grown a lot in Italy and in the world. The #unlockthechange campaign thus continues with the intention of driving a necessary transition to a new regenerative socio-economic paradigm that takes into account climate change and gender equality, issues that need to be addressed in a profound way.
