Test: Dynafit Alpine DNA

Test: Dynafit Alpine DNA

It has all the credentials to smash race records.

The fight against time is part of Dynafit’s DNA and racing products are an essential part of its philosophy. From this comes a line dedicated to the competition sector with highly performing products. The flagship of the new collection is this version of the Alpine model created specifically for fast and technical races. The lacing system, combined with the particular construction of the tongue, allows you to secure the foot. The upper in abrasion resistant and breathable fabric, is characterized by the elastic band that overhangs the front part (accentuating its aerodynamic aspect) and contains excess laces to prevent them from getting caught while running.

The Alpine DNA has a snug and precise fit thanks to the new Volume Reducer footbed that enhances reactivity. The Rocker construction allows for a smooth and harmonious roll from heel to toe, reducing energy waste. The rounded sole and balanced cushioning give a sensitive and dynamic run. The Vibram Megagrip tread and the clever construction of the lugs allow for a fast pace and excellent traction, especially on alpine trails. Alpine DNA is the ideal shoe for fast and technical trails with challenging passages. Lightweight and performing, it fully reflects the brand’s “race” values.

We Like: The Adaptive Tongue system for a custom fit.
