Test: Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro

Test: Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro

Boots with the best lightweight/performance ratio downhill. For expert and demanding skiers.

Renewed graphics but the boots remain essentially the same as the previous season. However the Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro is one of the most interesting boot for downhill touring this year. They are rigid boots (flex 130) for expert skiers, offering the best performance in their weight class. The Grilamid shell and carbon cuff help make this 1320 gram boot a trusted companion for the most extreme adventures. Uphill the boot is reliable, lightweight and comfortable, with a range of 55° cuff motion, but when you close the 4 buckles and lower the rear lever in ski mode, the Zero G Tour Pro becomes an aggressive and incredibly performing model. That’s why it is also used by many mountain guides and by some of the most established ski mountaineers in the world. Putting the boot on is easy and the fit is for small to medium-sized feet with 99mm width between the metatarsals. In the end, the Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro are lightweight, reliable, performing boots for demanding skiers who put their gear to the test in extreme adventures.

We Like: Lightweight construction and downhill performance.
