Under Armour presents its first Sportsmask

Under Armour presents the first Sportsmask, a mask designed specifically for athletes who are returning to sports activities.

The Ua Sportsmask, designed by the Under Armour innovation team, is a reusable and water resistant mask. This unique mask acts to reduce the number of droplets caused by the wearer’s breathing. The upper part of the mask has a moldable nasal bridge that helps to secure it to the nose and reduce airflow to the eyes, also preventing fogging of the glasses. It can also be washed and dried, which makes it more environmentally friendly than many disposable options.

A revolutionary idea born in mid-March, when the Under Armour innovation team designed and distributed millions of masks to healthcare organizations in a time of health crisis.

As part of the launch, the Ua Sportsmask was distributed to student athletes in its hometowns around the world. This is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to protect the health and well-being of all athletes, who are diligently waiting and preparing for the full return of the sport.
