Wild E-Side: on the roads of the Alta Via del Sale

Wild E-Side is a new adventure format designed for the eMTB. The first edition open to the public was held last July 10-11, 2021 on the Alta Via del Sale, a spectacular white road that connects the Piedmont and French Alps to the Ligurian Sea and winds between 1800 meters and 2200 meters of altitude crossing alpine passes, hairpin bends and incredible landscapes. The event, supported by Bosch eBike Systems, was a unique opportunity to ride on this ancient road that, for the first time in history, was closed to vehicular traffic for an entire weekend. The only motorized vehicles allowed were the technical support and rescue vehicles, provided by partners Jaguar Land Rover and Triumph Motorcycles.
