Camelbak X LifeStraw

Camelbak X LifeStraw

The company has launched Eddy+, the filtering water bottle with the system designed by LifeStraw

Camelbak is collaborating with LifeStraw to help those who do not have access to clean water and to propose a more responsible approach to the environment. LifeStraw’s filtration system allows you to drink spring water but also city water, which is often full of impurities. In addition, through this water bottle, you can definitely abandon the purchase of plastic bottles at the supermarket.

The Eddy+ works on two filtering phases. Phase one uses a hollow fiber filter that removes bacteria, parasites and microplastics. In phase two, an ionic filter reduces chlorine and lead, removes organic chemicals, bad smells and tastes.
The mechanism of the water bottle is simple and safe, the water goes up through the straw to the Bite Valve which is activated by biting and aspirating, avoiding spills and waste. In addition, the Eddy+ has two versions: the standard one, made with 50% recycled materials, and the one-liter version in stainless steel with heat-insulating properties.
