Last call for Arc’teryx Freeride Academy 2024 in St.Anton, Austria Feb. 1-4, 2024

Four days of freeriding, fresh snow and community nights with friends in one of the beating hearts of European backcountry: St.Anton. In the heart of the Austrian Alps, it’s one of the locations that every off-piste enthusiast should visit sooner or later.

This is where the third Arc’teryx Freeride Academy will take place, an unparalleled opportunity for powder day enthusiasts of all levels to come together and improve their freeride skills under the guidance of world-class athletes and professional mountain guides.

The fourth edition features a lineup as rich as ever of ski, snowboard and mountain safety clinics designed to accommodate all levels of experience. Courses will include élite clinics led by world-renowned freeriders including Victor Daviet (France, snowboarding), known for his distinctive backcountry approach, Silvia Moser (Italy, skiing) with her elegant skiing technique, and legendary North American skiers Sam Kuch (USA) and Tatum Monod (Canada).

But it’s not just about clinics, as always Arc’teryx Academy also offers plenty of events with free access for all enthusiasts.

Arc’teryx Gear Library

In addition to the opportunity to test and use top performance apparel, footwear, and equipment free of charge, events with circular focus such as ReBIRD experience will be held at the Arc’teryx Gear Library in the company of athletes, guides, and the outdoor community.

Athletes Talks

Talks with various athletes and skiers will enrich the four-day program. Don’t miss Stian Hagen’s “A Different Approach to Avalanche Safety” where the renowned skier as well as mountain guide will share insights regarding mountain safety.
