When the trails get longer and the backpack gets heavy, you need a lightweight hiking boot disguised as a hiking boot like Zodiac TRK GTX. Designed for the discerning trekker who faces long trail and off-trail travel, scree, snow walking and rock climbing, Zodiac TRK GTX – which is part of the collection Trail Backpacking for the Season SS2024 – is a top performer when it comes to stability, precision and lightness.

If a more structured and supportive shoe means less pain and fatigue, this is achieved with an upper equipped with heel control, an innovative system applied in the heel area that provides containment, stability and adaptability of the foot on uneven terrain.

The specific design and injected tpu material make the upper responsive, preventing twisting and facilitating walking on all types of terrain and the most demanding trails. The Gore-Tex lining from Performance Comfort Footwear is also combined with the new ABS Precision outsole, which incorporates Bascula Adaptive System technology. The combined use of rigid and rocker caps in the footstrike phase ensures excellent grip and safety on every surface and slope, while maintaining maximum comfort.

The Bascula Adaptive System technology works as a balancing element, controlling the foot strike and promoting proper impact with the ground, ensuring safe walking and maximum balance even on uneven trails. A result enhanced by the MONT – VIBRAM compound tread, which has channels that can promote the subsidence of a specific area in case of uneven terrain, but at the same time maintains grip and increases the stability of the foot.

The super-technical construction, which allows the sole to adapt to the terrain even with a fully loaded backpack, is matched by the lightness and comfort of the soft oil-treated Perwanger leather and the autofit collar, which secures the ankle by assisting its movement.
