The North Face supports youth inclusion

The North Face, Laureus Italia Foundation and Urban Wall: a collaboration for youth inclusion

The North Face and Laureus Sport for Good Italia Foundation collaborate to promote youth inclusion through indoor climbing. Ten boys and girls from the Gallaratese neighborhood in Milan can practice for free at the Urban Wall, the city’s largest indoor climbing gym, thanks to the support of both organizations. Classes, accompanied by gym instructors, are held regularly through June. This initiative aims to offer young people from vulnerable socioeconomic backgrounds an opportunity for personal growth and skill development, using sports as a tool for social inclusion and aggregation. Climbing offers them the opportunity to overcome fears, gain confidence in their abilities and face challenges, thus contributing to their well-being and personal development.
