Coros Launches Heart Rate Monitor

Coros Launches Heart Rate Monitor

The new way of wearing Coros

A convenient and practical alternative to the chest strap, the new Heart Rate Monitor stretch bracelet with sliding buckle provides maximum movement and comfort while playing any sport. The perfect fit allows a more accurate heart rate reading, thanks in part to the elimination of external light interference.

No key, no problem

The elastic wristband has built-in wear detection, which allows it to turn on and off automatically during use so that the user only has to remember to wear it. Cardiac readings can be transmitted to up to three Bluetooth devices simultaneously. The HR monitor uses a state-of-the-art multi-channel optical sensor and consists of five LED lights with four photoreflectors to ensure maximum accuracy.

The device is designed to last. The integral battery boasts, on a single charge, thirty-eight hours of HR recording and a total of eighty days in standby mode. To be aware of the battery level at all times, you can consult the COROS app or the watch face. There is an LED device on the bracelet that also indicates when it is time to charge.

Easier to wear than a chest belt, the HR Monitor’s soft fabric band lies flat around the user’s arm and locks in place with its textured grip. The simple design prevents snagging on clothing or gym equipment, giving the user peace of mind and the ability to focus on his or her activity.

Four-time UTMB winner and COROS Pro athlete Kilian Jornet said, “I’ve been training with the new COROS HR Monitor for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier. The data is accurate, the comfort and lightness on your arm makes you feel like you’re not wearing it at all, and the battery life is incredible.”
