Ferrino alongside Alex Txikon for the Manaslu climb
Alex Txikon returns to Nepal to try to conquer Mount Manaslu.
For the second time in his life, Alex Txikon is preparing to fly to Nepal to attempt the winter ascent of Mount Manaslu, accompanied by his usual companions, Simone Moro and Inaki Alvarez.
After an unlucky season, which saw the goal slip away due to adverse weather conditions and a route deviation that saw Alex and his companions find themselves in front of an insurmountable crevasse and having to recalculate the route, the three climbers have decided to change strategy and tackle the new expedition with the hope of finding more favourable weather conditions.
Once again Ferrino will be at the side of the climbers to support them even in the most hostile cold conditions.
