Ferrino runs with the Monterosa EST Himalayan Trail
On July 30, the Turin-based company will be alongside trail runners involved in the competition
The territory of Monte Rosa has always been a place dear to Ferrino, because it was in Champoluc that the lives of the Ferrino and Rabajoli families, currently leading the company, crossed paths. This year, Ferrino once again confirms its connection with Monte Rosa by launching a partnership for two trail running competitions taking place on the slopes of the massif.
Initially, the collaboration included the Monte Rosa Walser Waeg, a race held on the first weekend of July in the Valle dei Lys. On July 30 and 31, however, Ferrino will provide its equipment for the fourth edition of the Monterosa EST Himalayan Trail, which runs along the eastern side of the mountain, known as one of the wildest in the Alps. It will also dress the entire event staff.
Not only that, Ferrino will also be present in the race with the participation of two athletes from its Women Team: Giulia Zanovello and Alice Modignani Fasoli.
“The collaboration with the Monterosa Walser Waeg and the Monterosa EST Himalayan Trail,” comments Anna Ferrino, “is an opportunity for us to reaffirm our bond with our mountain of the heart, contributing to its frequentation and knowledge through supporting initiatives that take place under the banner of sustainability and respect for local culture and traditions.”
