La Sportiva main sponsor of the Lavaredo Ultra Trail until 2027
Cortina d’Ampezzo will become the gravitational center of the trail running world June 21-25, with events, field activities and product testing organized by La Sportiva.
The company confirms its position as title sponsor of the event for the fifth consecutive year. The partnership between La Sportiva and Lavaredo Ultra Trail by UTMB, which will run until 2027, testifies to the company’s commitment to the sport and underscores its closeness to the Trentino region.
During this busy week, the LaSpo Hub, located on Corso Italia, will serve as a meeting place for enthusiasts. Here, participants will have the opportunity to interact with La Sportiva team members to find out all the details of the races. The LaSpo Hub will also become the place to have fun during the “Movie Night” on Thursday, June 22, which will feature internationally renowned athletes such as Anton Krupicka e Michele Graglia, trail running icons who have chosen La Sportiva for their mountain adventures for years. In addition, the evening of Friday, June 23, will be enlivened by the concert of Killy Billies, in anticipation of the start of the queen race of the Lavaredo Ultra Trail circuit, the 120K. The afternoon of Saturday, June 24, however, will be devoted to an aperitif with the athletes to celebrate together the end of one of the most anticipated races in Cortina.
In addition to entertainment events, La Sportiva will also offer opportunities to try out the latest innovations introduced to the market. The Morning Runs, scheduled for the mornings of Thursday, June 22, and Friday, June 23, will start and end at the La Sportiva store in Cortina, allowing participants to test footwear on spectacular alpine trails and enjoy the breathtaking views offered by the Dolomites.
Finally, to support the athletes in the 120 km and 80 km races, La Sportiva invites everyone to the Col Gallina location on June 24, from 12 to 3 p.m., for a happy hour of support and encouragement.
