The basic requirement for spending quality time in the mountains is to have proper equipment, which is why we feel compelled to recommend this shell consisting of as many as three Premium-Shell technology foils that protects against water up to a column of 20,000 mm and has proven breathability at 10,000 g/sqm/24h. We can testify that Crown 2 is super comfortable: the zippers for under-sleeve areations have a double slider and are therefore more convenient to close and open, and the flow between outer and inner is more easily adjusted.
