If you like to earn your downhill line by climbing the slope with your skis on, you will probably want to do it with a pair of Salomon MTN Explore 95, that’s what happened to us during the test. MTN Explore 95 isn’t just fun ski, it’s on a higher level, adding efficiency and lightness uphill. The skis have a light but strong Karuba wood core, which has resulted in fast and snappy turns. To further increase climbing efficiency, Salomon also used the Spaceframe 2.0 design which removes extra materials where they are not needed.
