, in collaboration with the Palazzo dello Sport DF Sport Specialist in Lissone, will offer the chance to climb with champion Stefano Ghisolfi.
Great climbing stories on stage May 2 at the new DF Sport Specialist Sports Palace in Lissone (Via Nuova Valassina 116). The North Face team athlete and climbing champion Stefano Ghisolfi will meet with fans to share the excitement of his recent exploits and his plans for the future.
It begins in the afternoon, starting at 5 p.m. with a chance to climb with Stephen on the easy but fun wall inside the new DF Sport Specialist Sports Palace. At 8 p.m. instead, the Speaker Series will kick off during which the climbing champion will talk about how he has faced and often surpassed his own limits, with a focus on when he freed Excalibur, graded 9B+, in Drena, in the province of Trento. A peculiar, short and incredibly intense route that until then had resisted the efforts of the world’s best climbers.
During the evening, Stephen will comment on some clips from the short film dedicated to this undertaking, in competition at the Trento Film Festival, and share his future plans and goals.
