Altra presents Vanish Carbon 2
The new Altra Vanish Carbon 2 features a lightweight foam midsole and a full-length carbon plate for response, propulsion and speed.
Altra increases the stack height from 33 mm to 36 mm, with the 32% lighter Altra Ego Pro foam midsole. This updated foam is more elastic to provide more cushioning and better response. A revamped full-length carbon fiber plate offers a 14 percent increase in asymmetry, allowing for a more natural (and therefore faster) stride. This design revision, combined with additional flex grooves in the outsole, provides 75% improved flexibility. A wide toe box, a snug midfoot and zero drop ensure the most natural movement possible.
