Venetian outdoor clothing brand CMP proudly supported “Infinity2, a school in space” by dressing students on a mission to Iceland

CMP, a Veneto-based outdoor clothing brand from the Gruppo F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A., proudly supported the project Infinity2, a school in space, a pioneering initiative carried out by the Liceo Scientifico Enrico Medi high school in Montegiorgio (FM) that also received the attention of the Ministry of Education and Merit, at whose headquarters the official presentation took place. The brand participated as a technical sponsor, dressing the students during the expedition and demonstrating an enlightened and proactive vision, the child of a shared passion for challenges and exploring new horizons.

The Infinity2 experimental aerospace mission involved 10 students and 3 faculty from April 1-10, 2024, to launch three space probes in Iceland. The Icelandic territory, in fact, was found to be the most feasible for intercepting the cosmic rays necessary for the success of the experiments, as well as representing an exploratory experience that is almost unique in the European educational landscape. The environment in which the boys found themselves operating required appropriate equipment, and this is where CMP stepped in with a dedicated and customized supply for the entire team, including 2 outfits

“We are proud to help train the scientific minds of the future because, as in any field, it is people who make the difference, and our company firmly believes in this. Moreover, right from the start we felt that the project ran on the same track as our communication, which sees us accompanying people in their passions, whatever they may be.”

Giorgia Sartori, sustainability manager of the company.
