Columbia x Star Wars Skywalker Pilot
Columbia Sportswear, in collaboration with Lucasfilm, is launching a collection inspired by Luke Skywalker’s legendary suit from Star Wars.
During the research for this collection, the Columbia team carefully studied the original costumes worn by the actors with the Lucasfilm team to ensure that the details were incorporated into the design of the collection.
This collaboration incorporates Star Wars design with Columbia’s technological performance,’ says Matt Merriman, VP Brand Development and Partnerships at Columbia Sportswear. “Our product team was inspired by Luke Skywalker’s legendary suit and created a complete ski collection. A really interesting mix. Functionality and ingenuity in one collection.”
The nine-piece collection utilises Columbia’s Omni-Heat Infinity heat-reflective technology to make the most of winter while maintaining body heat.
The Skywalker Pilot Collection will be available on the Columbia website starting at 12:00 noon on December 1, 2023 and at select Columbia stores in the United States, Asia, Europe, Central and South America.
